WTF is up with pyrodirect.com?

I placed a large order ($900 worth) with them on the 16th and havent gotten anything besides an order confirmation email. I have emailed them and tried called them well over 20 times. A few of the times the phone line was busy so i kept calling until it rang but still no answer! Talk about a piss poor way to run a business!!

All i wanted was a tracking# and a date I can expect delivery because a friend of mine needs alot of these tubes for a show on the 26th.

If anyone has a way to get in contact with the owner of pyro direct I would greatly appreciate it if you can find out whats going on over there and why he wont answer any calls from customers.

I tried to order wire a few weeks ago and the web page would not confirm my order. thought I typed my cc wrong but something was wrong with the site. I gave up and ordered from here https://www.fortune3.com/ampro/checkoutprocess.cgi about the same price for wire.
I had a 600.00 purchase pending on my debit for 3 days before it kicked it out.

This is the same old story we keep hearing with some of these places.

I give a rats ass what the latest excuses people want to make up for them, it's piss poor business. Pyro tubes went down this road, and that company is by far the worst. Pyro Direct doesn't come even close to Bay and pyrotubes, but it's still a bunch of shit. Once and a while, sure I get it. But when it's the same shit over and over again, absolute garbage.

The companies customer service sucks...bad. Tell them to go fuck themselves.

Oh, and if anyone wants to defend them, have them get their asses a little more together before we all weep for another bullshit reason we should be tolerable.

I had a bad experience with pyro direct also. ordered a bunch of stuff to get delivered to glass and the guy didnt bring it. didnt even know about the order when I talked to him. he did end up shipping it to me for free though after glass so I will give him some credit for making it right.
